Program Overview: Enhancing LNG Production for Export

The North Field, recognized as the world's largest gas field, comprises over 14% of the global gas reserves. This prestigious status underscores the significance of the North Field Expansion Program, aimed at augmenting overall Qatari LNG production for export. The program is segmented into two principal components:

1. North Field Production Sustainability Project (NFPS): this initiative focuses on the development of the North Field's offshore southern sector, marking a significant step towards sustainable energy exploitation.
2. NFE LNG Liquefaction Trains Expansion: Located in Ras Laffan, this expansion enhances the LNG facility's capacity through the addition of four new LNG liquefaction trains.

The expansion program is set to introduce new offshore wells and infrastructure, including wellhead platforms, pipelines, and onshore facilities, substantially increasing the field's production capabilities.

Key Role as Security & Telecom Integrator

QatarEnergy LNG, reaffirming its leadership as a Telecom and Security Systems Integrator within the energy sector, has entrusted Page Europa with several pivotal major projects within this iconic program through various EPC contractors. These projects include:

NFE Onshore LNG Facilities: Managed by the CHIYODA and TECHNIP Joint Venture (CTJV).
NFPS Offshore and Pipeline (NFPS-EPCOL): Executed by SAIPEM.
NFXP Offshore: Undertaken by MCDERMOTT.

Page Europa's comprehensive Lump-Sum Turn-Key Scope of Work encompasses a wide array of services including Survey, Design, Architecture, Procurement, Fabrication & Integration, Testing, and Delivery. The scope covers an extensive list of systems to be installed in greenfield and brownfield facilities such as Process and Security CCTV, Public Address / General Alarm (PA/GA) System, Radio (UHF Tetra), Optical Transport Network (SDH) System, Data Network (DNS) & Wireless LAN (WLAN), Access Control (ACS), Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), Telephone & Hotline System, Ship to Shore System (SSL), Industrial Wi-Fi System, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), along with other minor supporting systems (SCS, Cabinets, Fiber Monitoring, VHF, etc.).
